By the end of the 4 night stay, all 3 soda machines were out of numerous different types of soda. Many of us dined multiple times at Proper Eats and they were always running out of ice and soda in the machines. Was there for a conference and the Aria clearly was not ready for us. Let me keep my water cold without having to deal with ice machines and little ice bags. Prices for mini bar are outrageous (but not unexpected) and there is a sign stating they will charge you if you place any of your own items in the mini bar. There was also a gigantic clump of hair on the floor upon entry that remained there throughout my 4 night stay despite receiving housekeeping service. Housekeeping switched it out the next day when they came by but it shouldn't have been there to begin with. Dried blood stain on the pillow grossed me out. Light switch cover was missing on the right hand side of the bed which lead me to believe they were having issues with that room. Entry & bathroom were fine but only 1 sad little reading light on the left side of the bed worked in the bedroom. Other light switches, the physical switches on the lamps and the tablet did not work for the desk lamps, floor lamps etc. I was really excited to see they had all that fancy technology to open/close the drapes, turn on/off the lights etc from a tablet by the bed but the only feature that ever seemed to work was the drapes and 1 single light by the bed. I was able to check in early which I greatly appreciated after an early morning flight in from the East Coast. This was my first stay at the Aria and initially was really excited about it.
